We develop a personalized marketing strategy for your home. After all, every home is different. We take into account the so-called Unique Selling Points of the home. We have sublime photos taken of your home for an optimal presentation and then offer the home on a variety of media channels, including Funda.

Viewings and negotiations.

We plan viewings with potential tenants and, through our enthusiasm, ensure a positive first impression of the home, we also provide potential tenants with relevant information about your home.

Tenant selection and screening.

We collect applications from interested parties and share the applications with you. From this you can make a suitable choice. Due to the Good Landlordship Act, there are a number of requirements that you must meet in order to choose a tenant. We are happy to inform you about this.

The rental agreement.

Do we opt for a temporary contract, an indefinite contract or are you temporarily traveling abroad? Based on the above criteria, we choose a rental contract that suits your situation. We will of course explain everything and include clauses that protect you as a landlord.

Check in and rental management.

After signing the rental contract, we arrange a check-in with the tenants, during which we prepare an extensive digital inspection report. Of course, the key is not handed over until the money (rent and deposit) is on the account. If necessary, we can also manage your home. This saves you time and money.
